Oregon Water Damage Pros

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and call our line, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

Information We Collect

This site has no contact forms, no accounts and no login. We do not collect information through the site itself beyond the basic technical data any web server records in order to deliver pages, such as the page requested and the time of the request.

The information we handle comes from the phone call. When you call our line, the dispatcher records what you tell us about the loss, which typically includes your name, your phone number, the address of the property, the type and location of the water damage, how long it has been wet, any insurance details you choose to share, and notes about access or safety at the property.

How the Information Is Used

Call details are used for one purpose: to identify an independent restoration provider that covers your area and to give that provider enough information to respond with the right people and equipment. That can include contacting you by phone about the job you reported.

We may also use aggregated, non-identifying information, such as how many calls came from a given part of the state, to understand where the network needs more coverage. Records may be kept for a reasonable period for business, quality and legal purposes, after which they are retired.

Sharing With Providers

When you ask to be connected with a provider, the details of your request are passed to an independent restoration company serving your area. That company is a separate business. Once your information is shared with it, its own privacy practices apply, and you may ask the provider directly how it handles your data.

We do not sell your information to unrelated marketing lists. We do not share details of your call with parties that have no role in responding to your request.

Cookies and Analytics

This site relies on a small stylesheet and a small script that power the navigation menu and the FAQ sections. There are no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. If basic privacy-respecting measurement is used to understand which pages are read, it is aggregate and does not identify you.

Your browser may store preferences through standard web storage so that page behavior stays consistent between visits.

Your Choices

You can call our line without providing anything beyond what you are comfortable sharing. You can decline to give insurance information during the first call and provide it later. You can ask a provider reached through our line how your information is stored and when it will be deleted.

If you would like us to note a correction to details recorded on a call, or ask that a record be removed where no legal obligation requires keeping it, call the line and say so.

Children, Security and Changes

This site is intended for adults handling a property problem. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Call records are kept behind access controls and handled only by people who need them to route your request. No system is perfect, so please do not share financial account numbers, social security numbers or payment card details with the dispatcher; none of that is needed to dispatch a provider.

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new effective date. Questions about privacy can be raised on the same 24-hour number used for service requests.
